Our ethos is ecological and conscious design-- utilizing regenerative and natural building techniques, advocating for healthier materials, creating timeless and trend-less spaces, appreciating the living finish, de-constructing and preserving, encouraging a smaller footprint, creating local habitats with native planting, reducing petroleum-based, synthetic and VOC-emitting products in the construction industry, limiting carbon emissions in sourced materials and construction methods, capturing and harvesting rain water, greywater and solar energy, all while making architecture more accessible and affordable for all. We are actively researching alternative building materials and methods, and sustainable, fire-resistant practices.
